1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the use of the QuoteTek online quote request service, provided by CoOptek. By submitting a quote request, you fully accept these terms.
2. Information and files
The technical information and files you provide (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of preparing your quote. CoOptek undertakes to keep them confidential and will not share them with any third party without your prior consent.
3. Intellectual property
You warrant that you own the rights to the files and data you submit, or that you have the necessary authorisations. CoOptek cannot be held liable for any infringement of third-party rights.
4. Validity of the quote
A quote prepared by CoOptek is a commercial offer valid for 30 days from its issue date, unless otherwise stated. It does not constitute a contractual commitment until both parties formally accept it.
5. Data protection (GDPR)
The personal data we collect (name, organisation, email, phone) is processed by CoOptek to respond to your quote request.
Your rights (GDPR art. 13): you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access (art. 15) - obtain a copy of your data;
- Right to rectification (art. 16) - correct inaccurate data;
- Right to erasure (art. 17) - request deletion of your data;
- Right to restriction (art. 18) - temporarily limit processing;
- Right to data portability (art. 20) - receive your data in a structured format;
- Right to object (art. 21) - object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Retention period: your data is retained for 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (10 years for accounting records).
Data Protection Officer: CoOptek is not required to appoint a DPO. The data controller can be reached at

Right to lodge a complaint: you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (
www.cnil.fr).

6. Limitation of liability
CoOptek cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in the technical information supplied by the customer, nor for the consequences of any incorrect use of products manufactured or assembled based on inaccurate data.
7. Beta version and service availability
QuoteTek is currently in development (beta version). CoOptek does not guarantee continuous availability of the service, the absence of interruptions, or the automatic processing of every submitted request. CoOptek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. No liability shall arise on this basis.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law, regardless of the user's country of residence. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Commercial Court at the registered office of the publisher, unless mandatory statutory provisions apply otherwise.
In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Terms, the French version shall prevail.
